Meet the Founder

Chris Mominey

Leadership built on experience.

With over 30 years of experience in K–12 education, Chris Mominey is a respected leader, speaker, and advisor to schools and organizations nationwide. He is known for helping institutions grow through thoughtful strategy, strong leadership, and mission-focused innovation.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Chris began his career in education in 1994 and quickly became a sought-after presenter and consultant across Upstate New York. He has authored two books on peer ministry and adolescent spirituality and has worked closely with schools to strengthen culture and leadership.

At age 32, Chris was selected as the founding principal of Rome Catholic School in Rome, New York. Just five years later, he was appointed Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Syracuse, where he led efforts to modernize and strengthen Catholic education across the region.
